#Why the Gap

“Sports is an integral part of my life and I have been lucky to have a supportive family. Unfortunately many kids don’t have that
support system. To bridge this gap 17 underprivileged kids from government boys higher secondary school, Thondamuthur for a
5-a-side football tournament at Football Sports Turf, Trichy Road (6-10 pm). We had an exciting time playing and we also gifted
them with a pair of football boots each. We made teams including the underprivileged children in every team. It’s an experience,
we the Annettes are going to cherish for long time. We also had our little Annettes putting up food stalls to collect funds.
Funds collected- Rs. 1,32,000/- + 17boots sponsored. Annettes participated -Danush, Arjun Vakil, Gaurav, Alex, Arjun Bhaskar,
Anirudh, Naman, Mukundh, Anushka, Leya, Jaivathi, Adirashi and Aaron.” – Annt. Adithya Shinto, Annettes Chairman
